How do I activate my subscription?

Sign in to the app, tap My account → Subscription and choose your plan. Payment is secure via Stripe and activation is immediate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the app: My account → Manage subscription. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password?. We will send a reset link to your registered email.

Video does not load or keeps cutting

Check your internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps). Close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, try another channel and email us with the channel name and time.

Does it work from any country?

Some content is geo-blocked due to licensing. If you see the "restricted region" notice, check our VPN guide.

On how many devices can I use it?

Your subscription is personal. You can sign in on multiple devices, but only one playback at a time is allowed.
